compressed air is unavailable and it accepts
all of our standard cartridge retainers

Dispensing Cartridges
Standard Cartridges are available
in 2 1/2, 6, 8, 12, and 20 oz. as well
as 1/10 gallon capacities. Each
cartridge can be used with
hand held or bench mounted air powered dispensing
tools or manual dispense guns or with a Production Stand

Straight,
Spreader &
Bent
Nozzles
plus standard tapered nozzles
can be cut to increase orifice
size. They have standard 1/4” NPT threaded ends
for use with any dispensing cartridge and/or luer adapters. |

Spreader Nozzles
are Polyethylene and have 1/4" NPT male threads to fit all
IDS dispensing cartridges. Available in various
thickness and widths, these unique nozzles allow you to
lay down a bead of material in a "ribbon" to help with a bond line that
needs to be compressed, or flattened. |

Plungers
meet requirements
for all types
of packaging and dispensing applications. Plungers with a wiper leading edge
will clean each cartridge
thoroughly. |

End
Caps and Tip Caps seal the neck and base
of the cartridge. Ideal for prepackaged materials as well as pre-mixed/frozen product
