To feed any IDS valve,
choose from our dispensing syringes, (to
feed thin to medium materials in very small shots) our
single cartridges, (for medium
to thicker materials in smaller shots or beads) or for large volume
capacity, order one of our
reservoirs (for thin to medium materials) or one of our
pail dispenser units, for thicker
materials.
This dispensing
valve utilizes only
one moving part and requires minimal maintenance. Fluctuating air
pressure
from the controller and
material pressure above and below the diaphragm
cause the disk to float up and down to start and
stop the dispense cycle. The wetted part is the easy to
replace diaphragm which allows material to pass through without touching the
metal chamber.

The 7040000
is ideal for Cyanoacrylate , Anaerobic, or other low to medium viscosity
fluids utilizing a double-acting
air body with a spring loaded piston on top of the
diaphragm to easily dispense higher viscosity CA
or other types of anaerobic
(moisture sensitive, caused by exposure to air) fluids.
The double acting air body actuates to lift the piston off the
diaphragm, so it can
move upward and allow material to flow.
Because of the spring
assist, this valve will work with more viscous (thicker) materials and will
also provide a sharp cut off.
