Finger Switch
(left) attaches
with a Velcro belt and
triggers the dispenser timer and I/O with a touch
of the button.
The switch
is made to easily plug into the front panel of any IntelliSpense Timed
Air dispenser, but can be wired to fit any dispenser.

Pneumatic
dispensers (Analog or Digital) deliver a
measured amount of air pressure, for a measured amount
of time, to a pre-filled
syringe barrel. This controlled shot of air pressure forces
material out of the delivery end of a disposable
syringe barrel, through a
dispensing tip and
on
to the surface of your substrate.
Please note:
Our positive
displacement and auger valves are more accurate than air free syringe
stepper dispensers and very similar to a front closing valve. While an air
free dispenser has its advantages, for exactness and repeatability, it is
impossible to top the performance of an IDS
Positive Displacement
Valve.
