If you are setting up in an area without air, consider our
portable air source, the Silent Benchtop
Compressor. It will generally satisfy the needs of a small benchtop
dispenser and 1 liter or 1 pound pressure pot. Consult us for larger
compressors if you need a bigger tank.

The Benchtop Pail Dispenser
(shown, left) pump extrudes high viscosity
material directly from a pre-filled can. Suitable for automatic and
semi-automatic controlled dispensing applications which require a constant
supply of quality, air-free material.
Auto and semi-automatic Pail Dispenser
extrudes material under pressure directly from a
bulk source.
The extruder pump bodies are fitted with a wiper-plate that
seals and follows the material as the level drops to wipe the can,
eliminating waste.
Fluid is pressure-fed by to a valve, mounted to a robot, operator-held
with a gun holder or stand. |

connectors to get the job right and to get you up and running
immediately. The systems are available in a range of pump ratios for
materials that medium to thick. If your material is very thin, we
might recommend a
