All Luer Slip and Luer Lock Syringes have industry-standard Luer Nipples, which are 5/32� OD and 1/8� ID. IntelliSpense Needles will be functional with all IntelliSpense� Syringes, Manual, Pneumatic or Air Free, as well as any other brand of standard Luer Lock or Luer Slip Syringe. 	SS Reusable Needles feature nickel-plated brass hubs and stainless steel shafts. 1/2", 1", 1.5" and 2" " lengths are standard. Custom lengths, shapes, threads, angles and side cuts are available. Each box of 12 comes with secure "nests" that hold needles to guard against bending or warping during shipping.
	All Metal Precision Medical Grade Needles, 1/2" and 1� Lengths, Precision ground, all metal needles, deburred and precision cut - the best possible needles for dispensing with precision and accuracy. Click for specifications.
	The IntelliSpense� Thin Wall Precision Tip features universal Luer Lok� dispense hub for easy threading and a low resistance conical fluid path which delivers higher flow rates and lower pump back pressures. Excellent for dispensing Solder paste for reduced clogging.
	Precision Needles are disposable needles with color coded Luer lock plastic hubs for precision applications. Ordered in boxed or bulk quantities (bags of 1,000) or more. For most applications, good robot needles are also available in low-cost Bulk Disposable Needle (see below). Precision Needles are available in 1/4" , 1/2" , 1" and 1.5" Lengths, Pack size 50.
	Bulk Disposable Needles for general use. These are disposable, non-precision blunt end dispensing needles, with stainless steel shafts and polyethylene hubs. Available in bulk packages only, for simple applications. Not usually recommended for Robots. Available in 100 Piece Boxes to 1,000 piece bags, 1/2" , 1" , and 1 1/2" lengths. We are happy to quote longer lengths and custom cuts.
	45� and 90� Bent Needles for almost any dispensing application when necessary to get into tight, angled position. Double helical threaded Luer Lock plastic hubs ensure a tight, leak-free fit on syringe. Not all gauges are available bent because of crimping small gauges. Special orders are welcome. 	Aluminum Needles feature both hub and shaft in solid, leak proof aluminum. Especially good for applications that require chemical resistance or additional strength. Available in boxes or in bulk.
	Crimped Needles these stainless steel blunt tips are precision cut to precise lengths and ground to be burr free. The shaft is not epoxied, as are most dispensing needles, they are crimped into an aluminum locking insert and molded into polyethylene hubs. Box 50 pack.
	Tapered Tips allow sighting fluid level at all times. Safe, semi-transparent, non-scratching. All-plastic construction and UV Blocking Agent for any material including most light sensitive adhesives. 1 1/4" in length and are rigid. For soft shafts, use the more pliant Teflon or Flexible Tip (below).
	Flexible Tips New. IDS Flexible Needles Flexible tubing for hard-to-reach spots, the flexible shafts are made from thick, resilient polypropylene. The hubs are a thicker and and more chemical resistant, polypropylene plastic Luer Lock.
	Teflon Tips are ideal for very thiin liquids, like Cyanoacrylates. Will not stick to the material and give a long life, low cost alternative to metal needles with Teflon lined tubing inserts. Made with real Teflon�. Attach to your syringe with secure Luer Lock Hubs.
	Oval Needles makes flat ribbon deposits of thick pastes, sealants and epoxies. The crimped oval outlet size (above, left) is .078" x .016" Half inch length is standard. Special orders invited. Smaller gauges not available.
	Flux Pens channel controlled amounts of no-clean flux, RMA, solvents, lubricants, masking and water-based liquids. Prevent evaporation of material and conform to regulations for substances capable of evaporation hazard.
	IDS offers a wide assortment of Brush Tip applicators, which are used for application of liquid, grease or glue. Hard or soft bristle tip styles allow for brush applications of material onto work surfaces from a syringe or valve by affixing them with Plastic Luer Lock Hubs.
