IntelliSpense™
PolyCarb Syringe is shatter-resistant and perfectly clear.
Certified latex-free and resistant to most fluids*. They are
available in 3, 6, 10, 20, 30 and 60 ml/cc sizes.

transportation or partial use,
end caps fit on the back end of the syringe.
Used for storage purposes; do not seal syringes
and should be used with a piston inserted. |

When you need
partial use of a syringe, you may need
tip caps in
order to seal off the small end of the syringe. Useful when you need to
cap off a syringe or for storage or shipping. |

Pneumatic syringes require
a
Syringe Adapter.
Feature a unique tabbed connector for use with or without twist lock
units. If the unit
you use has a push type connector, remove the tabs. For a twist lock,
push the end connector in and twist. |

Velcro

with a Velcro belt. Triggers dispenser with a touch

Please note that the
industrial syringes used in IDS dispensers are available in
3, 5, 10, 30 and
55cc/ml sizes. The
syringe pistons for the 30cc/ml and 55cc/ml are
the same; the rest are
made for the specific syringe size.
IDS needles and tips
are luer lock threaded and will work with any size syringe.
Manual Syringes are different from air
driven pistons; choose them from the
manual syringe section only. If using solder paste
or filled material, a pneumatic
(air driven) syringe dispenser has a tendency to separate. Restrict use to 10cc/ml tubes, three
quarters full, or use an
Air Free
Dispenser or a
Screw Valve
for cost cutting results on materials.

1 cc is equivalent to 1 ml. 1
teaspoonful is equivalent to 5 ml (or 5cc). 3 teaspoonfuls are equivalent to 1 tablespoonful. 1 tablespoonful is
equivalent to 15 ml (or 15cc). 1 ounce is equivalent to 30 ml (or 30cc).
